I'm using Windows XP SP2 and Internet Explorer 7, and I'm having problems with web pages flash player.?

When I download it there is no change. I can not see some web pages because requries flash player. I tried many things. Can anyone help me please ... Thanks ahead I just I did everything you said to do. Nothing worked so I went ahead and download Firefox. I was able to download the flash there and it works. But it only works with Firefox. Thanks
