my manager IIS 6 has a spanning tree that is wrong?

I wanted to install dot net nuke. part of the installation required IIS Manager. I have Windows XP Home edition on my computer so did not have the IIS Manager. I installed it and now when I open it there are no trees on the left to be expanded.
