Need help with Windows 7 and compatibility, please?

I need to know if all this work with Windows 7 Motherboard: K8N Neo4-F-CPU: AMD 3500 + Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce XFX-iTunes-iPod Touch and iPhone 5200 I used it all and need to know if they work with Windows 7 before I upgrade. I also need to know if once I reinstall my graphics card drivers and motherboard if it will work properly. I have no time for mistakes. Please help.
