Emulating Windows 9x with Windows Vista?

I have changed my theme to Windows Classic, my cursor has changed, the wallpaper is a solid color, and I I'm using the Classic Start Menu, but how can I make fun of Windows 9x style (used on Win95, 98, Me, 2000 and some Windows NT)? Can I change my startup sound / Off or change my desktop icons? Is there a place where I can download Internet Explorer 5.5? I run on Windows Vista, and I heard that its impossible to mute the sounds, but not sure if this is about what I'm trying to do. I have an mp3 sound file of Windows 95, but not appearing in My Documents when I look for him. NOTE: Only a nerd obsession of mine.

I do not know exactly how themes work in Vista ... but I do know this: If you truly want to be nerd, you have IE 3.2, which is native Win95. Get it on http://evolt.org Startup and shutdown screens can probably be changed using a hex editor (there was one for W2K and XP - the chances are that one will be available for Vista, soo, too).
