My Skype does not work - the issues of the microphone?
This is only recently, my home computer with XP and my workPC with Win 7 - I use my USB headset for Skype worked on both computers - so my microphone does not work on anyone. I tried a different headset without success. I properties sound and the headset is said to be enabled and functioning properly. Mic check I have done on Skype and Windows, nothing. I read that could be the result of an update from Microsoft? I have no idea why my PC work is two weeks old. PLEASE I need it for my work - can anyone help?
same problem with me also ... The mic works perfectly with Vista but not with Win 7. I took my notebook to a center of support from HP and they say the laptop is best fit to Vista and do not support 7 Win yet: (a few tweaks here and there and trying different drivers made the mic work now, but the voice is a little low.
