Why can not I connect my Bluetooth headset for Skype?

My adapter is good, because it can connect to my K800i, but out of my two phones Bluetooth headset (Motorola H680 and Plantronics 855), or if caught. I tried Windows Vista, Windows 7, hardware, different drivers - NOTHING. And yet, I remember that I I started working in my office for several more months .. although not seem to work now either. So, seriously, what's up with this?!

You may have something to interfere, as a webcam or something.
