How can I burn Windows Vista on a disk?

I have 8 files / folders and they are boot, refresh sources, efficiency, support, autorun, setup, and shoemakers, as I write all this on a DVD-R and have it so when I put the disk to another computer that will boot in the bios

yes u can load the bios, the thing u have to do is write the files that u mentioned in a DVD .. The eight files are sufficient for runnin Vista installation files on any form either through BIOS or connected in some OS ..
