How to get rid of it?

Hello, I'm having a little problem here. I'm using Windows XP SP3 and have downloaded a Vista theme package. My only question is: How do I get rid of this thing secondary My Recent Documents? Not sure if it's the same, but on Windows 7, right-click in the area that will have a drop-down menu with only properties on it, and you can click it to open a box that displays the configuration settings from the start menu.
