Windows Vista Sd Card

How do I connect my SD card for my Windows Vista PC?
I want to be able to get music and movies in which he seems not to work through my digital camera. Wireddad - I want to get music and movies to my SD card, as well as photos that does not work through my digital camera.
You need to add an additional SD card reader for your PC. There may also me a USB model out there but im not sure.
