Windows Vista Identifying

My Windows Vista does not identify the sound card.?

I recently installed Windows Vista Standard Edition, but does not identify the board sound, then there is no sound in there.I also tried installing on-line machine with Vista, but could not find the necessary software Internet. my CD with the drivers of your sound card is not compatible to Windows Vista.
