microsoft office wine linux
How complicated is Suse desktop linux to use?

I've just purchased a HP 2133 Mini-note netbook and it was a bargain price, however, this is partially because it has Suse linux on it as opossed to Windows XP or Vista.

My question is, how difficult is Suse linux to use for a person with no knowledge of Linux what so ever? All I want it for it using the internet, taking notes and maybe watching a film. Do you think it'll all come ready to go, or will it be quite complicated to set up things like the wifi on Linux?

Also, I would like to run Microsoft Office on it, and I understand that through softwear called "Wine", it is possible to run Office and other Windows software. How complex is this to set up and would it be fairly straightforward for a person without knowledge of Linux?

Thanks

hi i'm sorry sorry if I write bad but not the English i'm italian and i live in Italia,
however, we can say that it is normal that you seem difficult because linux is completely different from windows, both in terms of graphics for both the kernel, etc. .. still somewhat familiar with suse and it will be a breeze for you to use it
The price you see, because Linux is open source, and I would recommend ubuntu even if suse is very good, and then, wine allows you to use most of the programs that run on windows, also with regard to driver and configurations, there is no problem we think we found him all the best, but you should be connected to the internet,

however I council windows, especially xp, vista but also is good unless you have 2 gig of ram

ciao ciao (hi)
