Windows 7 Dual Monitor Wallpaper

How do I setup Dual Monitor Wallpaper Windows 7?
My display resolution to the display is 1920 x 1080, so I have downloaded 3840 x 1080 images. The problem is that I have no idea how to configure it so that the image extends to another monitor? The images just clones of each other. Tried set it to "tile", but the image loses its quality dramatically.
