How to delete or reformat the graphics memory your video card?

I was looking for a solution for my 8800 Ultra. Since one month, my graphics card has many yellow lines and sometimes the entire LCD was the dichotomy something blue. I never experience this before. And spent most of time trying to find a solution. I'm still a student. Not have much money to move to a new card. I have not test the card in another PC, but after format the hard drive for Windows XP, Vista and even Windows 7. Not working. My expertize seems to believe that the card was the problem.
