How much will charge for each manufacturer for an update for Windows 7?

I heard that the laptop manufacturers (HP, Acer, etc.) will offer a free upgrade to Windows 7 If you buy a laptop now, but they will charge for postage. Does anyone know how much each manufacturer will charge for them?
